Our unique lead follow-up service has been designed as a result of client requests for such a service. It saves clients a lot of precious time and the uncomfortable 'cold-calling' which rarely delivers worthwhile results.
If you're a subscriber to our 'Planning' leads service we will write to any leads that you identify in your member area, using your letterhead, introducing your company and highlighting your experience. We request either a meeting or a quote opportunity depending on what fits your business best.
We then follow this up with a 'warm' call checking that they received the letter and to arrange the meeting/quote opportunity or maybe even a call with yourself.
It's a cost effective way to never miss a potential sale.
